During the roof evaluation Maxima discovered rust in many areas of standing seam metal panels on the roof of a 45 year old mid-rise building. Case Study 2: Facade Assessment and Repair Drawings

Objective:

During the facade evaluation Maxima discovered the exterior outer wythe brick panels of a high- rise building’s masonry cavity wall system had excessively bulged out due to the lack of lateral wall ties.
