Water infiltration problems are not just limited to older buildings in Chicago. It has been Maxima’s experience with past projects that many water leakage problems occur in new construction buildings due to inadequate design and/or construction defects.
If the sources of the water infiltration problems are left unrepaired, it could lead to:
